The Registerfly injunction has been made permanent. Registerfly and Kevin Medina, the CEO have been held in contempt of Court. The injunction was initially given by United States District Court Judge Manuel L and made permanent on 26 April. All registrant data must be given to ICANN by June. This will then be transferred to a new registrar (rumoured to be GoDaddy.com).
