The Norwegian .no domain registry Norid has completed its 2007 registrar survey, which assesses the satisfaction of registrars with Norid's services, and the quality of .no registrars in terms of various factors. The last survey was carried out in 2004. According to Norid's summary of the survey in English, The general findings from the 2007 registrar survey is that the satisfaction with Norid's services is at about the same level as it was after the last survey in 2004. Also this time the larger registrars are less satisfied with some services than the smaller ones, which confirms that the needs of the two groups to some extent are quite different. Registrars themselves scored well in most areas; while knowledge of EPP, a new protocol allowing registrars to communicate with Norid without using email, was limited, it had increased by 9% since the 2004 survey.
