Nic.at have experienced mail server problems with a spam blacklist of Spamhaus. The company have previously complained of 15 .at domains to nic.at being used for phishing. Nic.at are not able to delete these sites due to Austrian law but Spamhaus has listed nic.at on their spam blacklist. Nic.at are currently reviewing the legal proceedings and pursuing changes with Spamhaus whilst investigating technical solutions.
