ICANN have announced signed exchange of letters with ccTLD (country code top level domain manager) for .am Armenia, Internet Society (Armenia). The Accountability Framework program provides two mechanisms to formalise relationships with ICANN. The Accountability Framework document sets out ccTLD manager and ICANN obligations and also covers dispute resolution and termination. It is designed for managers requiring a formal ICANN document. The other mechanism is an exchange of letters between ICANN and ccTLD managers designed for people wanting a simple statement of commitment.
