For a small period of time hackers managed to redirect visitors to IANA and ICANN web pages to a page stating “You think that you control the domains but you don’t!” These two organisations manage and control the translation of a domain name to an IP addresses.

The hackers who called them self’s NetDevilz managed to redirect, iana.com, iana-servers.com, icann.com and icann.net. This has been associated with other attacks that have taken place on the next in the past week which have been pointed at the same IP address.
