A survey on .EU shows it has proved effective for the small businesses that use it. However only half of Britain’s SMEs understand its meaning. Out of those British businesses that use a .eu Domain Name, around two thirds found it effective, and half found that an .eu domain has enhanced their business’s image. However a further survey shows that around half of all SMEs, not just those in Britain, are confused as to what .eu domains represent.
