DoC Veto xxx Domain Prefix

Despite the ICM Registries attempts to establish a .xxx domain on the web, the US Department of Commerce have prevented this from happening by veto, which has resulted in the ICM Registry taking the DoC to court, accusing them of forcing Icann to ban the Domain Name

The case has been penned as a matter of the Freedom of Information Act in the hopes that ICM will be able to get their hands on information the DoC are withholding about the matter, with the argument looking set to blow up into an investigation over how much power the American Government actually has over the net.
