Sedo closed its first seven-figure deal of 2007, when it sold Chinese.com for €810,001 (USD$1million) this month.

"Domain Name sale prices often follow trends in the marketplace, and Chinese.com certainly indicated the massive economic interest in China," said Matt Bentley of Sedo. "Additionally, the transaction further demonstrates Sedo’s expertise in the premium domain name market."

Several other premium Domain Names, including Chinese.net, Sweatpants.com and StockQuotes.com, are up for auction on Sedo's GreatDomains.com site. The auction ends on Thursday 26th July.
